What should I do? I keep getting unavailable phone calls?

I ignore all private calls cause most of the time there prank phone calls. And I don’t deal with it. This unavailable number has been constantly calling me for the past 4 or 5 days. I’m sure its a prank phone call, if it was important then they would leave a voice mail. This person obviously has no life. I would rather not waste my time picking up to ths person. What should I do? I don’t wanna change my number just because of this one person. It’s too much hassle.

It’s not a prank. It’s a sales call, and the person is going to keep calling back until you answer; he can’t cross your number off his list until he does. So answer, tell the guy you don’t want to get calls from his company, and get on with your life.

Is there any way I can temporarily block a phone number?

I need to temporarily block someone’s number on my cell phone. There is this annoying, old friend of mine who keeps calling me wanting to visit and bring her 4 damn kids with her to my house and I don’t want to do that but I can’t cut my phone off because I am expecting some important phone calls. I have already disconnected my house phone. Thanks.

One of the great features about cell phones is caller ID. You may not be able to block her, but you can know when she is calling and ignore it.

Try calling your service provider. They may be able to help!!!

Good Luck! I went though the same situation not to long ago. I just explained to my friend that we were really busy and that when we were able to accommodate them, we would call.

Checked you phone feature, some phone have the ‘blocked number’ feature (most of the Samsung mobile phone have this feature).
If you don’t have that, just called your provider customer service, tell them the problem and they will block whichever number you want to block.

There is a way to block numbers, I suggest you visit the site that is located in my source list. Its a nice program that works with Land lines and Windows Mobile cell phones. It allows you to block any number temperately or permanently

The only thing is there is some advertisements but other than that it’s ok

Of course you will still pay normal minutes for this call; just nothing extra.

I honestly don’t think that you can show private numbers, I usually just ignore the call. It is most likely a prank call or something dumb like that. Hope that helped!!!

Yes there are dial up internet access numbers in Cancun.

Is your question, “Is there a dial up phone number I can access through a hotel? If yes, are there any fees connected to it?”

Why not ask if there are wireless connections, would be faster, better, and more convienent to you.

Lots of people in Mexico can’t afford the internet, let alone a computer. In Mexico like USA and other countries there are slow, medium, fast, and super fast services. What are you willing to pay for?

Maybe this doesn’t answer you question very well, but you asked a general question, you got a general answer.

It totally depends on where you are staying in Cancun. You can check with Best Day Travel and see what they can offer you. I just got back from a 3 week stay….took my laptop….hotel supposedly had internet service….never did get online. I had to go to an internet cafe downtown and use their service. Check with the resort you are staying at before you leave….then check with best day travel. There is a lot of construction going on right now………tv and internet service can suck.
