My friend blocked my number from his phone because we got into a fight but now we’re cool again but he doesn’t know how to unblock my number so i can call/text him again

Try looking in call settings for a rejection list. Then remove your number. There is also this feature on t-mobile called allowance something rather that lets a person block phone numbers from calling/texting. Your friend should call customer care & ask how to remove your number from there.
