Is there a way to forward your current active cell phone call?
If you are on a call, can you use some star code then type in the phone to forward your call to and hang up? I have been able to do this on Vonage, but I would love to be able to do this using my mobile phone.
I am using At&t on an iPhone, but using this method should not matter which phone you’re on.

try going to your online manual on AT&T’s website or call them directly. yes there is a way of doing it on AT&T
