How can i block outgoing phone calls on my Bt land line?
I want my son to stop using the phone to phone mobiles when i am not in , I do not want to use the Bt option on the line as it costs Is there another way?Thanks for any help in advance

If you’re interested, Ask radio shack for a line restrictor “Or Toll Restrictor” It’s a tiny device which block any call which incur tolls
you may also want to look at call blocking, Ask customer service for more advice.

Option 1 : you take the BT option, because it is cheaper than the calls to Mobiles
Option 2: you give the bill for every phone call ‘not authorised’ by you, to him.. .and he pays from the itemised bill. Will quickly learn the ‘cost’ of calls.
Option 3 : provide an alternative method for him to call Mobiles, would a mobile work ? – SIM only/Pay Monthly like T-Mo Solo would be one away…
basically what do want to happen ?
Just reduce the costs or
Get your son to respect the rules/learn to pay his way.
