How many of these people have unlisted phone numbers?
There is a town in Northern Ontario where 5% of all the people living in the town have unlisted phone numbers. If you selected 100 names at random from the town’s phone directory, on average, how many of these people selected would have unlisted phone numbers?
The answer is zero. You will not find unlisted phone numbers in a phone book.

5% of 100 is 5
because 5/100 and?/100
cross multiply and divide 5 times 100= 500 divide by 100 = 5

I believe that it would be five,although the sample may be too small to get an accurate count./
